Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email.

Custom printed items may require additional processing time and will receive specific communication from our print shop.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping options and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order total, and selected shipping method.

For orders shipping within the United States, available shipping options may include:

Free Shipping

SWS FREE Delivery may be available on qualifying orders over the required order minimum.

Orders that do not meet the free shipping minimum will be shown available paid shipping options at checkout.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery options may include flat-rate shipping or live carrier rates, depending on your shipping location and order details.

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when available.

Express and Overnight Shipping

Express and overnight shipping options may be available at checkout for eligible addresses.

Orders placed with overnight delivery must be received before 2:00 PM EST to qualify for next-business-day delivery. Orders placed after this cutoff may ship the following business day.

Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may have different available shipping options than the contiguous United States.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is not available for any orders.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is not available for any orders.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate, which will be displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges once the shipment reaches your destination country. SPIDERWEBSHADE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

SPIDERWEBSHADE does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout. Orders placed with a P.O. Box shipping address may be delayed or canceled.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number.

Please allow time for the tracking information to become available after the carrier receives your package.

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery window after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@spiderwebshade.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
