Took advantage of the sun we are getting right now to throw on the SW3 top.

I only used the front bikini section, and wind jammer peice.

I must say putting on the wind jammer was VERYYY tight, to where I couldnt do it by myself, and alot of swearing. Seemed like it wasnt wide enough. Also my wind jammer did NOT have the 2 tabs that come off the bottom to connect to the little clips on the back of the rear tub, like in the website pictures… all it did was connect to the top and sides, no option to connect to bottom, sort of upset about that, as all the pictures on the site clearly have that on the SW3 wind jammer, hopefully it does not effect it’s use.

Havent been able to drive around with it yet, but just sitting in it feels cooler and blocks out ALOT of the sun.

Update: did a little driving with this today, tops do not flap around, wind jammer does a good job, blocks alot of the sun. I like.

Ok so the weather was good today finally and I just got done working 16 straight days of 10’s So… I dropped the top and put the windjammer part of the SW3 on. The fit was good and the reduction in wind from the back seats was great. A little bit of a struggle getting the lower corner bungees on (helps to slide the seats forward). Again the quality is good, as to be expected from SpiderWeb. Got lots of compliments. These tops are great Like said I have the SW1 that my GF got me last fathers day and I still have a soft spot for it. The versatility of these top is one of the most appealing things in my book. the nice thing is they let in enough sun with out the burn. I do recommend them. Here’s some pics;

Well gents, I got the oportunity to try out the new SW3 Spiderweb Shade top: Link to Site What can I say, I love it. I installed it in about 5 min and it truely does cool off the cab significantly. Was 90* out today and the kids had a blast in the jeep. Pics below and I will add pics of the mid section later. You have the option of installing a mid section between the main hoop bars to creat a half cab shade for just two riders. It is a 3 peice top. All said and done, it is a very sturdy top for what you are getting. He did also send a bungie cord for the front footman loop instead of using a zip tie like previous models had. It doesn’t flap around and it stays taught.

On with the pics.

I think it’s a great product well made and thought out. We drove 100+ mile with it on and did not have issues with sunburn or having to squint our eyes like we do without the top. The wind noise wasn’t too bad either. As for Customer Service, these guys are great.
